20140923 - FDMJ - Ladder Company Operations

Led by Assistant Chief Shawn Donovan and Captain Chris Allen, firefighters both career and volunteer, old and new went over the basic operations of Tower Ladder-114 and Ladder-111. Crews reviewed outrigger and aerial control as well as the general principals of Ladder Company operations.
