20230514 - Unincorporated Lebanon - Structure Fire
5750 East Richmond Shop Road - At approximately 3:20 PM, Wilson County firefighters were dispatched to a reported structure fire involving a barn and two vehicles. Stations 1, 5, and 11 responded to the scene.
First arriving units were Wilson County Sheriff's Deputies, who confirmed the fire. Shortly after that, Medic-5 (A Shift) arrived and advised of two structures burning at the rear of the property.
Engine-5, under the command of Lieut. Robby Boissonneault, was the first apparatus on the scene and deployed one handline and began suppression efforts. Additional responding units included Engine-1, Engine-11, Shift Commander James Copas [600] and Rehab-23.
As additional units arrived, a second handline was deployed and the fire was soon brought under control.
The cause and origin of thi fire are under investigation by the Wilson County Emergency Management Agency. No firefighters, civilians, or agriculture were injured in this fire.
