Additional responding units included Engine-6, Engine-1, Tanker-9, Rehab-23, and the Wilson County Sheriff's Office.
The second due unit was Engine-6. Upon their arrival they split their crew sending one firefighter to the fire, and the other to assist with water supply.

While firefighters soaked and overhauled the structure, a water shuttle was under way to a hydrant, the nearest one being 1.25 miles from the scene.
After operating on the scene for about 3 hours, all crews were released to pick up their equipment, and returned their units to service. No firefighters or civilians were injured at this scene. The cause and origin of the fire is under investigation by the Wilson County Emergency Management Agency.
