Porter Hurt Rd // South Mt Juliet Rd // Clark Dr - Low humidity, windy conditions, and careless open burning caused this fire which burned nearly 40 acres and damaged several fences and the exterior of a structure.

Firefighters from Wilson County Emergency Management and the City of Mt Juliet Fire Department worked to contain and extinguish this fire and its numerous hot spots. They were assisted on scene by the Wilson County Emergency Services Rehab Association.
