1400 Block of Hilltop Drive - Mt Juliet Police were called by a resident reporting three pigs were loose in the area. Patrol officers and Animal Control were notified.

Officer Atwood arrived to find three pigs grazing in the front yards. While he went to look for their owner, an area resident helped keep them confined to one yard, and prevent them from getting out into the street.

Corporal Short also responded to help locate the owner. While he was out speaking with one neighbor, the pigs owners emerged from their yard asking CPL Short if he had seen three pigs, that hers were missing and that her landscaper had probably left her side gate open.

The pigs were reunited with their owner and returned safely to their home.
