Providence Trail at Bridge Mill Road - At approximately 3:00pm, while operating at another alarm, the Fire Department of Mount Juliet received notification of a vehicle fire on Providence Trail. Squad-103, chauffeured by Firefighter Sonia Lawrence, was able to free up and respond. While en route, they were notified by their dispatcher that a police officer on scene confirmed there was a well involved pick-up truck. When they arrived, they deployed the front trash line and quickly extinguished the fire. Fire Marshal Dwayne Hicks [Chief 104] arrived on scene and assumed command. After some overhaul, the incident was placecd under control, and alll units were able to clear the scene.
