Route 134 & Taconic State Parkway - An Armored car traveling east on Route 134 was cut-off and struck by an SUV that failed to yield the right of way while exiting the northbound highway. The SUV ended up striking the armored car and a utility pole and the armored car overturned, landing on its side. The Driver of the SUV sustained a fracture to the left lower extremity. The passenger of the armored car received other seemingly minor injuries. The driver of the Armored car reported he was uninjured, and refused medical care and stayed with his cargo. A "Care 1" ambulance was first on scene, followed shortly by Yorktown 34-Medic-1. Engine 270 and Rescue 16 responded and put the tools into service under the command of Assistant chiefs 2532 & 2533.
